You can expect a comprehensive course introducing essential and creative elements in the development of both sermon delivery and text interpretation.
Attention will be given to all aspects of preparation and composition and to each part of the message.
WHAT WE DO?

The theology and history of preaching, contemporary and traditional perspectives, methods, development of resources and sermon analysis will also be established.

We will place emphasis on the nature, method, variety, practical implementation of theory and the importance of true, sound Biblical preaching.
COURSE DESCRIPTION
6 Weeks of Studying The Art & Science of Preaching and Biblical Text Interpretation
This course will enhance the skills of veteran preachers while providing a solid foundation for the less-experienced.

This intensive will focus on the further development of your verbal and nonverbal communication skills for enhanced, effective preaching.
The principles of your voice quality and tone, expressions and gestures, and overall platform manners will be examined and sharpened.
Your verbal and nonverbal communication skills will be evaluated through virtual delivery critique.

ABOUT RA'SHAN WILSON
With 20 years of preaching ministry experience, Rashan has become a highly sought after author, motivational speaker, leadership developer and evangelist. He is a meek, humble, grace-filled example of one man's quest for truth.
Smeared with an unique expression of God’s power and presence, he accepted the call to the ministry of preaching at age sixteen. He initially began traveling extensively throughout the southeastern region of the United States and, since then, has expansively ministered across the country.
He has been the in-studio guest for radio and television talk shows that have invited him to discuss today’s most important topics and issues.
Rashan Wilson is a native son of Charleston, South Carolina. He founded Impact Church, based in the historic district of his home town, in spring of 2015. In December of 2018, Impact Church and Southside Baptist merged to become Southside Impact Church — endeavoring to be a multi-cultural, family oriented, trans-generational Christian community that empowers individuals to reach their fullest potential in life through Christ.
